The staff at the hostel were friendly and accommodating, making sure that any issues or concerns were quickly addressed. the location of the hostel was convenient, with the bus station only a 5-minute walk away. Another advantage was the availability of 24-hour check-in, which was great for late arrivals.
The dormitories were quite small and the bathrooms were basic. There were occasional issues with the water and electricity, although they were resolved promptly.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The location of the hostel was great, close to restaurants and easy to book tours. The bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the emergency light for when power outages occurred.
Our experience at this hostel was not great. The toilets did not always flush, and the showers were cold and lacked good water pressure.

I had a great stay at Amos. Despite some initial concerns from reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. the location was convenient, only a short walk from downtown. the wifi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected with family. the rooms were comfortable, with a strong air conditioning system and a curtain for privacy. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. The hostel is only a few minutes away from the van drop-off point from Puerto Princesa. Cons: Nothing not to like! 😊.

The 24 hr reception at this hostel was so convenient, and the staff were pretty chill. Although they didn't go above and beyond, they were helpful enough. The location, though slightly off the beaten path, was still great because it was near the sunset beach and the bus terminal. Plus, it wasn't too far from the tour starting point. The common area was huge and perfect for meeting other travelers. And let me tell you, there were loads of toilets and showers that were always squeaky clean. And don't even get me started on the beds - they were super comfy and spotless. this place was a great value for the money, especially since El Nido can be pricy. The staff were nice and helped us book tours, and we even had a jam session with them over a few beers. And can we talk about the big fridge filled with cheap beer? It was the perfect spot for pre-drinks. Oh, and did I mention it's just a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal? So convenient if you have an early bus to catch.
